Ruby red color; Intense and elegant bouquet of bright ripe red fruits, herbs, and floral notes. The structure has crisp acidity and soft, silky tannins.

    1. Yes! This wine’s crisp acidity will cancel out the richness of the salmon and the ripe red fruits and herbaceous tones will act as a beautiful complement without overpowering the flavor of the fish.
